We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA, Canada and Germany. We will add other shipping destinations in the near future. If you are located elsewhere, contact us at hello@eatmybaby.com.au and we may be able to arrange courier.

We use Australia Post to post our packages.

Orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched the next business day. During sale periods or new product launches, it may take up to 48 hours to dispatch. 

International orders will be sent in a regular satchel bag. Due to the biodegradable nature of compostable bags and extreme heat conditions experienced during freight transit, we find compostable bags weathered down upon delivery. Regular satchel bags will be used to ensure your garments are protected.

COMBINED POSTAGE AND ORDER CHANGES

Unfortunately we are unable to combine postage on separate orders. We cannot make alterations to your order after separate purchases.

LIABILITY

Our Couriers will attempt to get a signature on delivery, however all drivers are instructed to leave deliveries at the letterbox or front door if premises are unattended. This is at the risk of the customer.

Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Eat My Baby Co. takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.  Eat My Baby Co. will only replace orders when the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.
